girl Priyanka Karki returned empty handed form Sikkim as she could not get
chance to perform in the concluding song before the chief guests in a program.
Priyanka
was deprived of the opportunity as the presented Chief Minister, and most of
the VIPs left the function in the middle. Similarly actress Sushma Karki also
danced only in one song. Three Nepali actresses Sushma Karki, Priyanka Karki
and Archana Delal had reached to Sikkim
all the way from Kathmandu to perform in
the program organized to mark the
anniversary of the chief minister's casino and hotel.
Bollywood hot
actress Sunny Leone was also scheduled to perform in the function but she was
also not seen during the program. Singer Astha B and Priyanka refused to perform
in the program saying that if they have been called from Nepal to perform in an
empty hall.
It has
been a matter of discussion that why the distinguished guests of the program
did not show any interest towards the Nepali artists. Time and again it has
been the lot of Nepali artists to humiliate themselves attending the functions
without knowing the nature and significance of the programs.
