The Spanish
court has forwarded the case against the Barcelona star Leonel Messy with his father
even after the complaint of public prosecutor to dismiss the case accusing
Messy of trying to evade tax.
The advocate tried to save Messy saying that his
father only is responsible for all the finicalities about his family. But the Barcelona
court refused to accept this in the doubt that Messy too must have been aware
about all the facts about taxation.
Both the father and son have
accepted the fact that they have been evading the tax collected from the use of
Messy image from 2006 to 2009. One of the richest players in the world Messy
earns more than 31 million pounds in a year.
