None of the Nepalese
mobile networks will work properly during Modi's visit to Nepal on coming Sunday
and Monday. Though NTC itself has not formally informed its users, mobile networks
in certain areas will be down due to the security matters of VIPs.
But experts
have said that the ultra-modern frequency controller will automatically
deactivate mobile networks where ever it reaches within certain kilometers. The
frequency jammer along with two BMW bullet proof cars have already landed from
a special plane.
The purpose of such a technology is to keep all the terrorist
and other types of harmful activities away.
Known as Black Cats in India are the commandos
highly trained with top technologies will be in the outer circle of security
for Modi. 23 of such Black Cats are already in Kathmandu with the bullet proof
cars and frequency jammer vans in the security of Modi.
