One doesn't have to teach how to win people
to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On the first day of his visit Modi
tried different things to win Nepali hearts and minds. The roads which Nepalese
government cleaned overnight for Modi, he liked to walk and see the patches and
ditches on the road. Not only this Modi got off his bullet proof car on his way
to New Baneshowr and shook hands with the public standing on the pavement
walking for two minutes before reaching the parliament house.
His softness didn't stop on that. After the spellbinding
speech in the parliament he again repeated his earlier style of meeting the
public on the way to Hyatt Regency at Gaushala, Mitrapark and Chawahil Chowk.
On
the second day of his visit also on Monday, while going to pray Pashupatinath Modi
got off his car again being pushed by the will of public through their innocent
eyes who were standing hours long waiting for his appearance and waved them shaking his hands.
