You must have your
pocket strong if you are looking forward the pictures in August else, your wait
may not fulfill.
Looking at the
competition of schedule in late August and early September no symptoms of
progress can be seen in Nepali cinemas. Most of the expected hits this year are
set to be released during this time.
English director Murray
Kerri directed and Mohan Dotel made film "Tandab" is going to be
released on 22 August. In the film Namrata and Aashish Ranalahure are the lead
actors. On the same day the 'Hostel" director film "Sambodhan"
is also set to be released co-staring Namrata with Dayahang Rai.
Audience will have to
spend more just after a week of their almost 600 rupees as 3 more movies are to
be released Including Garima acted "Thuli", Om Pratik directed family love story "Yo Katha Ho Timro
Mero" and most awaited "Naike" of Aryan Sigdel. Audience will
have to divide 1 thousand for multiplex and 6oo for single theatre for these
movies.
Two more films, Dibakar
Bhattarai directed "Stupid Mann" and Subas Thapa acted
"Birkhelai Chinchhas" will be released on 5th September. 'Stupid
Mann' is already in talks because of its melodious songs and beautiful
locations. Jivan Luitel, Niraj Baral, Chandani Shrestha and Rijju Shrestha are
the main actors in this movie.
Similarly, audience is already excited with the
film trailer of 'Birkhelai Chinchhas". For both these movies audience must have over
500 budgets.
The competition has been
more fierce as the comedy based 'Punte Parade' is also delayed for 12th
September from July 2nd. It looks that the budget of audience also will have to
increase to enjoy all these 8 movies in a single month.
But worry for the producers
is that whether the audience will reach to cinemas or not for so many films in
a quick succession.
